As the one and only Brad Russell, I am an actor, writer, and cook extraordinaire. I grew up in the Puget Sound area, but now spend my time eating my way through one restaurant at a time, devouring a path through the local food scene. From robatayaki to clam chowder to italian buttercream, no dish is safe from my insatiable appetite. As true gourmand indeed, I have not limited my depredations to just North America. London, Rome, Osaka, and Manila have all fallen beneath my fearsome grazing.
Eating isn’t my only skill, however. My other talents range from sonnetry to runway modeling to braising – particularly braising. My amazing Cuban-style pork shoulder has blown minds around the Pacific Rim, and visitors from all over the world rave about his sauces and gravies.
