Do we only walk around and sample food?
Absolutely not! You will not only taste locally made foods and beverages that will awaken your palate, but you will also learn about and meet the storied characters and vendors that give the market life, and soak up the rich and vibrant history. We’ll also share some spots that even locals overlook!
By the end of the tour, you will not only have eaten an array of deliciously famous foods, but you will also have picked up a few buying tips, cooking ideas, and handy market knowledge.

Are there any age restrictions?
Children are welcome on the tour, but please bear in mind that
some children have a limited attention span and therefore a 2-hour tour may not be appropriate for them. Parents know their children best and should assess the situation individually. Since there is a lot of standing, walking, and market congestion, please consider this when deciding whether the tours are appropriate for your child.
Also, the tours require a certain level of physical stamina. We are on our feet for approximately 2 hours. Be prepared to walk 50 feet up a steep incline. Tastings are on the go and seating opportunities are limited and sporadic.

How about my dog?
Due to the various food establishments we visit, pets of any kind are not allowed on the tours.

How physically fit do I need to be to enjoy this tour?
Our tours are generally appropriate for all ages and fitness levels, but please use your best judgment. We are on our feet for approximately 2 hours. Tastings are on the go and seating opportunities are limited and sporadic.
