You name it, we can probably do it. A private group tour can be tailored and customized to meet the specific needs and desires of your particular private event.

Most of our private tours are identical to our public tours but can be customized to suit your group's needs and interests.

Perfect option after a long day of meetings or attending a conference! Visit up to three different eateries including a wine bar, gourmet restaurant, and a decadent chocolate boutique. Experience a short tour of the Pike Place Market, en route to your group's next event. Use this a fun ice-breaker before a formal dinner or evening event. Customization options available. Price range listed below is dependent upon whether you would like two stops or three stops.
Tour Duration
Pike Place Market Tour: 1.0 & 2.0 hour tours available
Gourmet Seattle Tour: 3.0 hours
Chocolate Indulgence Tour: 2.0 hours
Evening Mix & Mingle Tour: 1.0 hour
This time does not include time needed to arrive, park, get off the bus, etc. Please factor that into your day. It is very important to arrive and begin the tour on time. We have other tours operating and we do not want to interfere with them.
Group Size
Pike Place Market Tour
We can accommodate up to 16 people per tour guide. If your total group is larger than 16 people, we will split your group into two separate groups, each with their own private guide. Each group will experience the same exact tour but in a different order. We do this so we are not at any one place at the same time. For this tour, we can accommodate up to 48 people (16 per guide).
Gourmet Seattle Tour
We can accommodate up to 12 people per tour guide. If your total group is larger than 12 people, we will split your group into two separate groups, each with their own private guide. Each group will experience the same exact tour but in a different order. We do this so we are not at any one place at the same time. For this tour, we can accommodate up to 24 people (12 per guide).
Chocolate Indulgence Tour
We can accommodate up to 16 people per tour guide. If your total group is larger than 16 people, we will split your group into two separate groups, each with their own private guide. Each group will experience the same exact tour but in a different order. We do this so we are not at any one place at the same time. For this tour, we can accommodate up to 32 people (16 per guide).
Evening Mix & Mingle Tour
We can accomodate up to 22 people per tour guide. If your total group is larger than 22 people, we will split your group into two separate groups, each with their own private guide. Each group will experience the same tour, but in a different order. We do this so we are not at any one place at the same time. For this tour, we can accommodate up to 44 people (22 per guide).
Arriving On Time
It is very important that your group arrives on time. We ask all private groups to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time. This will give us the time needed to organize the group, send a few people to the restroom, answer questions, and give the tour overview. It is also very important to arrive on time so we do not interfere with any other scheduled tours that are running on that day.
Restrooms
Although there are restroom stops available during the tour, we do not make dedicated stops for them. Please use the facilities prior to arrival for the tour.
Gratuities
In the tourism industry, it is customary to tip the tour guide. For Private Group Tours, an 18% gratuity will be added to your total cost. Your tour guide greatly appreciates this!
Booking a Tour
Please fill out the Private Tour Request Form. Advance bookings are required; tours dates get booked well in advance. Weekday tours are much easier to book than weekend tours.

Private Tour Contract Information
Purchased within 14 days of the Tour date:
Full payment made by credit card or check is required immediately to hold a specific date, time slot, and tour guides.
Purchased 15 - 30 days prior to a Tour date:
A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a specific date, time slot, and tour guides. A deposit made by a credit card will hold the date immediately. The remaining balance (non-refundable) is due 14 days prior to the tour.
Purchased 31 - 90 days prior to a Tour date:
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold a specific date, time slot, and tour guides.
$250.00 (1-16 people), $400.00 (17-32 people), $650.00 (33-48 people).
Deposit made by credit card will hold the date immediately. Remaining balance (non-refundable) is due 14 days prior to the tour.
Private Tour Pricing
- Group tours are sold on a flat fee basis.
- 5% admissions tax will be added. There is no sales tax.
- An 18% gratuity will be added.
- No refunds given for no shows.
- A $35 service fee is charged for returned checks.
