Private Group Tour Information
- All logistical details (meeting location, duration, etc) will be agreed upon ahead of time by the private group organizer and Savor Seattle Food Tours.
- Standard private group tours are approximately 2 hours in length. However, we can shorten/lengthen the tour based on your needs.
- We can accommodate up to 16 people per tour guide, or 32 guests with two guides. Larger groups can be accommodated as well, please contact us for more information.
- Advanced bookings are required. Both public and private group tour dates get booked well in advance.
- Once purchased, all tickets and payments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- Tours are held rain or shine.

Private Group Reservation and Payment Options
Group tickets that are sold less than 15 days from tour date require full payment to hold a specific date and time.
Group tickets that are sold more than 15 days from tour date:
- A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a specific date and time.
- Remaining balance (non-refundable) is due and payable 10 days prior to the event.
No refunds are given for no-shows. We will do our best to accommodate your group’s needs.
