Before leading a tour independently, every tour guide apprentice completes more than ten hands-on trainings by shadowing All-Star Tour Guides, refining storytelling, and mastering the rhythm of hospitality.

Guides must maintain a qualifying percentage of 5-star reviews, volunteer at least 5 hours with a local partner charity, participate in three Partner Enrichment visits, and complete our “Give 2, Get 2” peer review process to continually sharpen their craft.
