The ideal booking time depends on the type of private tour you select:

  • Signature Private Tour. We recommend booking at least 5 days in advance to allow time for scheduling and coordination. If you have a last-minute request, reach out; we’ll do our best to accommodate!
  • Fully Custom Tour. For the best experience, we recommend at least 2 weeks’ notice so we can craft a tour tailored to your group’s preferences. However, we’ll always try to accommodate your timeline!

Yes! As long as our partners are available, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Morning, afternoon, and evening slots are all possible, though some stops may have limited hours.

We can accommodate any group size!

Each tour is capped at 12-16 guests to ensure an intimate and engaging experience, but for larger groups, we seamlessly coordinate multiple tours running simultaneously.

We’ve successfully hosted groups as large as 600 people, ensuring everyone enjoys a smooth and memorable experience.

The number of tastings depends on the tour you choose!

Our tours include anywhere from 5 to 16 tastings, each thoughtfully curated to showcase the best flavors of the city.

Due to our passion for accurately displaying the amazing foods Pike Place Market and our other locations have to offer, we cannot always accommodate dietary restrictions.

We certainly do our best, and many places have options, but a few favorites of ours simply do not. Please reach out to us if you have any questions to see if you like what we have to offer.

While it is ideal to get as much information up front in the ticket booking process online, we understand the challenges of organizing an event for an entire group.

Go ahead and give us as much information as you have about applicable dietary restrictions, and then follow up with each member of your group in the interim to secure and clarify their dietary restrictions.

Yes we can, just not all in one group. Pike Place Market keeps licensed tour operators to 16 guests per group, and honestly? We love this rule. It’s the sweet spot for hearing stories and gathering in close to talk with producers. For groups of 17–80, we split across multiple tours running in tandem so you’re never far from each other.

Got 80+ people? We’d love to work with you on something custom-built. The one thing we can’t do is squeeze in “just one more” on the day. The Market holds us to this, and we promise it makes for a better tour.

Savor Food Tours is permitted and licensed by the Pike Place Market Preservation and Development Authority (PDA) to operate tours in the Pike Place Market Historical District. The PDA requires any business or person conducting paid tours within its properties and in the public areas of the historical district to be pre-approved and to have a license for this activity.
