Anyone can show you where to eat. We show you why it matters.

Anyone can hand you a fork. We hand you a story. Every Savor tour is led by a professional storyteller who knows the back kitchens, the family recipes, and the moments that turn a meal into a memory.

And we back every single one with our Guide Guarantee because your experience lives or dies by who’s leading it.

“I have heard such great things about the tour…The other attendees have sent through messages and said it was a highlight of the trip for them.”

Private Tour FAQ

We recommend booking at least 5 days in advance to allow time for scheduling and coordination. If you have a last-minute request, reach out; we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Yes. We regularly build tours around existing corporate schedules as a lunch break activity, an after-hours team dinner, or a wrap-up to a multi-day offsite. Morning, afternoon, and evening starts are all available, and we can work backward from your agenda.

Any size. Individual tour groups are capped at 12–16 guests which is a Pike Place Market Preservation and Development Authority (PDA) rule for licensed operators, not a Savor limit.

For 17–80 attendees, we run multiple guided groups simultaneously so your whole team experiences it together, just split into smaller groups. We’ve hosted corporate groups as large as 600 people this way. For 80+, we’ll scope something fully custom.

It depends on the goal. Pike Place Market walking tours (5–16 tastings) work well for team-building and casual offsites because there’s lots of movement and conversation. The Progressive Dinner Tour is a seated, four-course dining experience better suited to client entertainment or executive hosting, where you want a real sit-down dinner rather than a walking activity.

Yes, with some coordination on your end. Submit whatever dietary information you have when you request your quote, then follow up with individual attendees as RSVPs come in. We don’t need every restriction locked in before we can start planning, but we do need final numbers before the event.

Savor Food Tours is permitted and licensed by the Pike Place Market Preservation and Development Authority (PDA) to operate tours in the Pike Place Market Historical District. The PDA requires any business or person conducting paid tours within its properties and in the public areas of the historical district to be pre-approved and to have a license for this activity.
