Tour FAQ

Comfortable shoes and something you’d wear to a dinner out. This tour spends most of its time seated inside four restaurants rather than walking outdoors, so clothing is less weather dependent than Savor’s daytime walking tours. We’d still recommend that you bring a coat for cooler temperatures because there is some walking outdoors in between stops.

The Progressive Dinner Tour visits four independent restaurants, and most can accommodate common dietary restrictions like vegetarian or gluten-free with advance notice. Note any dietary needs at the time of ticket purchase, and contact us ahead of time for specific allergies, since substitutions are arranged with each restaurant in advance.

A four-stop progressive dinner with tastings large enough to replace dinner and dessert. This is paired with one half-pour drink pairing, plus stories about the chefs and restaurants behind each course. The tour runs 2 hours 30 minutes with a group size capped at 10. Unlike Savor’s walking tours, this is a mostly seated, indoor dining experience with short walks between the four restaurants.

The Progressive Dinner Tour begins at 6:00 p.m. at The State Hotel, 1501 2nd Avenue, Seattle, WA, and moves between four restaurants from there.

Not too much, the longest walk in between stops is half a mile. This is primarily a seated dining experience. You’ll walk medium distances between the four restaurant stops, but you’ll spend most of the 2.5 hours seated at the table, unlike Savor’s Pike Place Market tours, which involve about a mile of walking and mostly standing.

“We did the Savor Seattle progressive dinner around Pike Market as a team building activity after a long day of meetings. It was a terrific way to spend time together and learn more about each other and our hometown.”
